Account Registration
Eligibility and Legal Restrictions
- Age and identity: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. The Services provided under Betelli on betelli.bet are intended exclusively for customers in Great Britain. You must not register or gamble if you are underage, if you are self-excluded with the Operator or through national schemes, or if you are prohibited from gambling for any reason.
- Single personal account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for use of the Services under Betelli. Duplicate, false, or impersonated accounts are strictly prohibited and may be closed, with balances and winnings forfeited where permitted by law and regulation.
- Legal capacity: By registering, you warrant that you act on your own behalf, not as agent or on behalf of any third party, and that you are not depositing or gambling with funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
Registration Process
- Creating an Account: To register, you must complete the online registration form on betelli.bet, providing accurate and complete information, including (at a minimum) your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Great Britain, contact details (such as email), and any other information requested. You may also be required to choose security questions, a secure password and set responsible gambling limits.
- Email verification: The Operator may request that you verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to you. Until such verification is completed, access to the Services may be restricted or suspended.
- Accuracy of data: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration and thereafter is accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly update your Account details or notify the Operator if any information changes. The Operator may rely on the accuracy of the information held and will not be responsible for losses or issues arising from your failure to keep details current.
Verification (KYC), Source of Funds and Affordability
- Mandatory checks: In line with UK legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering ("AML") and safer gambling obligations, the Operator will perform identity, age, residency, sanctions and other checks ("KYC checks") using the information you provide and independent data sources. The Operator may also request copies of documents such as passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method documentation, and, where appropriate, evidence of Source of Funds or Source of Wealth.
- Timing of verification: The Operator may restrict, suspend or block your ability to deposit, place bets or withdraw until verification is completed to its satisfaction. In some cases, certain checks must be completed before you can gamble or continue to gamble, and in all cases before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to provide requested information by the specified time may result in Account suspension or closure.
- Regulatory reporting: In accordance with UK regulations applicable in 2025, the Operator may be required to report suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity to relevant authorities and may be prohibited from informing you that such reports have been made.
Account Security and Access
- Confidentiality of credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and not disclose them to any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, whether or not you authorised it, unless such activity results directly from the Operator's failure to exercise reasonable care.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account details have been compromised, or that any unauthorised access or transaction has occurred, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the contact details provided in these Terms. The Operator may suspend the Account pending investigation.
- Prohibition on third-party use: You must not permit any other person to use your Account, and you must not use any other person's Account. Accounts are strictly personal to the registered User.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
- Inactive status: If you do not log in to your Account for a continuous period (for example, 12 months or such other period as published on betelli.bet from time to time in 2025), the Operator may classify your Account as inactive. Before doing so, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you using the contact details registered to your Account.
- Dormant accounts and balances: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period as specified on the Website, it may be deemed dormant. The Operator may close dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulation, attempting to refund any remaining real-money balance to your last known payment method where feasible. Details of any administrative fees (if any) applicable to inactive or dormant Accounts will be clearly disclosed on the Website and will not be applied in a way that is unfair to you.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participating in Games
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is offered when it appears on the Website and you select it, confirm the stake and submit it via your Account. A Bet is accepted only when it is registered on the Operator's servers and a unique transaction or bet reference is generated. For casino games, a wager is placed when you select the stake and trigger the game round (for example, by clicking "Spin", "Deal" or similar).
- Funding bets: You may only place Bets or participate in Games using cleared funds in your Account. The Operator does not extend credit to Users. Minimum and maximum stakes for each Game or market are shown on the Website and may vary depending on your status, currency and product configuration applicable to Betelli in 2025.
- Order of funds use: Unless otherwise specified in Bonus Terms or promotion-specific conditions, real-money funds in your Account will be used before any bonus funds when placing a Bet or wager.
Bet Confirmation, Settlement, Errors and Cancellation
- Checking your bets: It is your responsibility to check that the details of any Bet or wager are correct before confirming. Once a Bet has been accepted and recorded by the Operator, you may not cancel or modify it, save where the Operator expressly allows bet cancellation for specific products, in which case the relevant rules will apply.
- Settlement of bets: Bets are settled based on the official result or outcome of the relevant event or game, as determined in accordance with the applicable market or game rules. For casino games, results are generated by certified RNGs or live game mechanisms, and settlement is automatic based on such results.
- Palpable and technical errors: If a Bet or game round is accepted, displayed, priced or settled at odds, lines, rules or payouts that are manifestly incorrect or the result of an obvious error (including a human, system or input error), or if a game malfunction occurs, the Operator may declare the Bet or game round void or settle it at the correct terms as if the error had not occurred. In such circumstances, your stake (or the affected portion thereof) may be returned, and any incorrectly credited winnings may be removed from your Account, subject always to fair and lawful treatment under UK regulations.
- Void bets and cancelled events: If an event is cancelled, abandoned or voided in accordance with the applicable market rules, or if a game round cannot be completed due to technical failure, the Operator will generally void the affected Bet or wager and return the stake to your Account, subject to the specific rules notified on the Website.
Game-Specific Rules and Priority
- Specific rules: Each type of Bet or Game may be subject to additional rules, house rules or paytables published on the Website or within the Game interface (including rules provided by third-party game suppliers). By placing a Bet or participating in a Game, you agree to be bound by such rules.
- Conflicts: In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific or market-specific rules, the latter will generally take precedence for the relevant Bet or Game, but only to the extent of the conflict. Where there is any conflict between translated versions, the English version applicable to Betelli will prevail.
Conduct, Fair Use and Prohibited Behaviour
- Fair play: You must use the Services in good faith and for genuine recreational and entertainment purposes. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, collusion with other players, any attempt to manipulate or exploit bugs or malfunctions, the use of automated tools, bots, scripts or software that give you an unfair advantage, and participation in betting syndicates designed to circumvent limits or controls.
- Fraud and unlawful activity: You must not use the Services for any fraudulent, criminal or unlawful purpose, including money laundering, payment fraud, chargebacks or use of stolen payment instruments. The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or void winnings and report any suspicious or unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities and the UKGC.
- Live casino chats and communication: Where chat functions or other interactive tools are available (for example, in live casino Games), you must not post or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate. You must not advertise other services, solicit other players, or share personal or payment information via chat. The Operator may monitor and moderate chat and may warn, mute, suspend or close Accounts for breaches.
Responsible Play and Player Protection
- Self-control tools: The Operator provides responsible gambling tools (including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and time-outs) to help you manage your gambling. Information on how to set and amend such tools is available on betelli.bet and is updated in line with regulatory requirements applicable in 2025. You are encouraged to use these tools and to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
- Self-exclusion: You may at any time request self-exclusion from the Services for a minimum period in accordance with applicable UK regulations (typically at least 6 months). During a self-exclusion period, your access to gambling products will be blocked, and the Operator will take reasonable steps not to send you gambling marketing. You must not seek to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts or using different details.
- Support and organisations: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you should stop gambling and seek help from recognised organisations such as GamCare, GambleAware or similar UK services. Contact details and resources are made available on betelli.bet.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary conditions: Bonuses and Promotions offered via betelli.bet under Betelli are subject both to these general Bonus Terms and to any promotion-specific terms published on the Website or communicated directly to you. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms will prevail for that Promotion, provided they are fair and transparent.
- Eligibility: Bonuses and Promotions are generally limited to one per person, household, IP address, Device, payment method and Account, and may be restricted by geography, product, stake size, or player eligibility criteria (for example, based on risk or safer gambling considerations) as determined by the Operator in compliance with UK regulations.
- Bonus funds vs. real funds: Unless expressly stated otherwise, real-money funds in your Account are spent before any bonus funds when placing Bets. Winnings derived from bonus funds may remain as bonus funds until the relevant Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To claim or activate a Bonus, you may be required to opt in, enter a bonus code, or make a qualifying deposit or wager. Specific qualification criteria (such as minimum deposit or minimum odds) will be described in the relevant Promotion terms.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit plus bonus amount, or another clearly defined base. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a £10 bonus would require qualifying bets totalling £100 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable. Only settled bets and completed game rounds count towards Wagering Requirements.
- Game weighting and contributions: Different Games and products may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. For example, slot games may contribute 100% of stake, while table games or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. The applicable weighting table will be clearly set out in the relevant Promotion terms as implemented for UK players in 2025.
- Time limits: Bonuses and Promotions are typically subject to time limits (for example, a Bonus may expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within 30 days). Specific timeframes will be stated in the Promotion terms. Once a Bonus expires, unused bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met Wagering Requirements may be forfeited.
Prohibited Bonus Play and Abuse
- Irregular betting patterns: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonuses and winnings where it reasonably believes that you are engaging in bonus abuse or irregular play. Examples include, without limitation, placing minimal-risk or zero-risk bets, hedging bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, using multiple Accounts, or deliberately delaying game rounds (for example, saving free spins or bonus rounds for later when a bonus is not active).
- Multiple and linked accounts: Where there is evidence that multiple Accounts are controlled or used by the same person or linked persons for the purpose of claiming multiple Bonuses or otherwise circumventing restrictions, the Operator may void Bonuses, cancel winnings and close the relevant Accounts, subject always to fair treatment and regulatory requirements.
- Right to review: The Operator may delay or withhold the crediting or release of Bonuses and winnings while it carries out checks on your activity, including in 2025 where enhanced regulatory guidance requires closer monitoring of high-risk behaviours.
Combining Promotions
- Non-combination as default: Unless expressly permitted in the relevant terms, Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion. This means that only one active welcome offer, reload Bonus or similar Promotion may apply to your Account at any given time.
- Priority of bonuses: Where multiple Promotions are available, the Operator will clearly indicate the order in which Bonuses are applied and used. You may be asked to choose between Promotions, and your choice will be binding once confirmed.
- Cancellation of bonuses: You may be able to cancel an active Bonus before completing the Wagering Requirements. Cancelling a Bonus will typically result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met the Wagering Requirements, while your real-money balance (not derived from bonus abuse) will usually remain available.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Processing
- Permitted payment instruments: For UK customers under Betelli, deposits may be made using the methods displayed in the cashier section of betelli.bet, which may include debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and other regulated payment services. In line with UK regulatory requirements, credit cards cannot be used by UK consumers to fund gambling accounts on betelli.bet in 2025.
- Alternative and digital methods: Where alternative payment solutions (including, where permitted by law, services linked to crypto-assets or other digital instruments) are offered, they will operate through regulated payment intermediaries. Any such method will be clearly identified in the cashier, and additional checks or conditions may apply.
- Deposit processing times: The Operator aims to credit deposits to your Account promptly once authorised by your payment provider. However, processing times may vary depending on the method used, bank or payment provider delays, and security checks. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or your bank, provided it acts with reasonable care and skill.
- Fees: Any fees charged by the Operator for deposits (if applicable in 2025) will be clearly disclosed in the cashier before you confirm a transaction. Third-party providers may also apply their own fees, which are outside the Operator's control.
Withdrawals and Payouts
- Withdrawal requests: You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance via the cashier, subject to minimum and maximum limits specified on betelli.bet. The Operator may limit the number of pending withdrawals at any time and may require that withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to fund the Account, where feasible and lawful.
- Verification prior to payout: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may conduct additional identity, affordability, AML and payment method checks in line with UK regulations and its licence conditions in 2025. If you do not provide requested information, your withdrawal may be delayed or refused, and your Account may be suspended or closed where required by law or regulation.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time (for example, within 1-3 Business Days from approval), but actual receipt of funds will depend on your chosen method and your provider's timelines. Any expected processing times will be displayed in the cashier and may be subject to change.
- Pending withdrawals and reversals: At times, the Operator may offer a short pending period during which you may reverse a withdrawal before it is processed. Where such a feature is available, details will be shown in the cashier and may be adjusted or removed to comply with applicable safer gambling expectations.
Currency, Limits and Charges
- Currency: For Betelli in 2025, the primary operating currency is Pounds Sterling ("GBP"), unless otherwise indicated. If you deposit or withdraw in a different currency, currency conversion may occur at the prevailing exchange rate used by your payment provider, and additional conversion fees may apply.
- Transaction limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, per day or over other periods, as displayed in the cashier. Limits may vary by payment method, customer status and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative charges: The Operator may, in limited circumstances and where permitted by law and regulatory guidance, impose reasonable charges related to payment processing, chargebacks or repeated deposits and withdrawals without significant play. Any such charges will be transparent and not applied in a way that is unfair to you.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals
- Chargebacks: If you request a chargeback or reverse a payment with your bank or payment provider, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and may seek to recover the amount of the chargeback and any associated costs. You agree to cooperate with the Operator in resolving any payment disputes.
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets or participate in Games. Refunds for unused deposits may be considered at the Operator's discretion, subject to security and AML checks and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. The Operator will not provide refunds for losses arising from completed and valid gambling transactions, except where required by law or where a Bet or game round is voided due to error or malfunction.
- Voids and corrections: If a Bet is declared void or a game round is cancelled due to error, malfunction or other valid reason, the Operator will usually return the stake to your Account. Any winnings credited in error may be deducted from your balance, and if withdrawn, may be recoverable as a debt owed to the Operator.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Standards
- Reasonable skill and care: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with its licence from the UKGC, applicable law in Great Britain in 2025, and relevant industry standards. The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Website, Gambling Software and Games operate fairly and as described.

Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues and interruptions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (i) failures of your Device, software, internet connection or telecommunications; (ii) temporary interruptions, delays or unavailability of the Website; or (iii) viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks or other malicious technology that may affect your Device or data, provided that the Operator has taken reasonable security measures.

- User responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you understand the rules of the Games and betting markets, for checking that your Bets are correct, and for managing your gambling in a responsible manner. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from your mistakes in placing Bets, misinterpretation of rules, or failure to use responsible gambling tools.
Limit on Maximum Liability
- Cap on compensation: Subject always to the paragraph below, and to the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game or wager shall not exceed the amount of the stake or wager you placed on that Bet or Game, or the amount of your net loss directly arising from that particular transaction, whichever is lower.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms will operate to exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales applicable in 2025.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Operator and licensors: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, the Services, the Gambling Software, and all associated content (including logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names, graphics, text, interfaces, layouts, images, audio and video) are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

- No reverse engineering: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, interfere with or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the Website, Gambling Software, systems, security measures or any part thereof.
- Third-party content: Some Games and components of the Services are provided by third-party software suppliers. You may be required to agree to additional terms applicable to such software, which will be made available where relevant. All rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners.
Privacy & Data Protection
Processing of Personal Data
- Privacy framework: The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the UK, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as in force in 2025, and in accordance with its Privacy Policy as published on betelli.bet.
- Purposes of processing: Personal data is processed for purposes including: verifying your identity and age; operating and managing your Account; processing payments; complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including AML, safer gambling and reporting obligations to the UKGC and other authorities); preventing fraud; handling complaints and disputes; and providing customer support and service communications.
Privacy Policy and Your Rights
- Privacy Policy: Details of the categories of data collected, legal bases for processing, data sharing with third parties (such as payment providers, game suppliers, regulatory bodies and ADR entities like IBAS), data retention periods and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of changes to privacy practices in 2025, the Privacy Policy on betelli.bet will be updated accordingly.
- Your obligations: By using the Services, you confirm that the personal data you provide is accurate and that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the way your data is processed, you should not use the Services and should close your Account.
Changes to Terms
Amendments and Updates
- Right to modify: The Operator may amend or update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulation, technical requirements, product features, corporate structure (including any changes involving the parent company Global Gaming Holdings PLC), or its policies applicable in 2025.
- Effective date of changes: Each updated version of the Terms will show the date on which it becomes effective. The current version at any time will be the one accessible via the Terms link on betelli.bet under the Betelli configuration.
Notification and Acceptance
- Notice methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance or as soon as reasonably practicable, for example by email, account message, on-site pop-up or banner notification on betelli.bet.
- Your continued use: By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, cease placing Bets and close your Account, subject to withdrawal of any remaining funds that are lawfully due to you.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and may withhold or void Bets or winnings where it reasonably believes that: (i) you have breached these Terms or any applicable rules; (ii) you are underage or fail to pass required verification checks; (iii) you have engaged in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct; (iv) you have initiated chargebacks or failed to pay valid debts; (v) your gambling may be harmful to you; or (vi) it is required to do so by law, regulation, its licence conditions or at the request of a regulatory authority, including the UKGC.
- Investigations: During a period of investigation, the Operator may suspend your access to some or all of the Services, freeze your balance, or cancel pending Bets where necessary. The Operator will act promptly and fairly, and will keep the period of suspension no longer than reasonably required, having regard to its legal and regulatory obligations.
Customer-Initiated Closure and Self-Exclusion
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing the Account, the Operator will process any valid withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance, subject to standard checks and any legal or regulatory restrictions.
- Self-exclusion and time-outs: You may choose to apply time-out, cool-off or self-exclusion measures via the tools available on betelli.bet or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a more extensive measure intended for customers who wish to stop gambling entirely for a minimum period in line with UK requirements, and may also apply to other gambling brands operated under the same licence where required.
Consequences of Termination
- Balances on closure: On closure of your Account by you or by the Operator (other than for breach or unlawful activity), any remaining real-money balance will normally be returned to you via the last known valid payment method, subject to necessary checks. Bonus funds and uncompleted Bonuses may be cancelled and forfeited in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
- Forfeiture in serious cases: Where the Operator closes your Account due to serious breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment details or other unlawful activity, it may void Bets, cancel Bonuses, retain or forfeit all or part of your balance and/or recover amounts owed, in each case in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance in Great Britain in 2025.
- Regulatory instructions: If the UKGC or any competent authority issues directions requiring the Operator to suspend or terminate Accounts, void certain Bets or apply specific remedies, the Operator will comply with such directions and will not be liable for actions taken in compliance with them, provided it acts reasonably and lawfully.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Services under Betelli and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of consumer law that may apply depending on your place of residence within Great Britain.
- Regulatory jurisdiction: For customers in Great Britain, the Operator is licensed and regulated by the UKGC under licence number 53720 for remote real event betting and casino activities. The UKGC supervises the Operator's compliance with applicable gambling legislation and licence conditions in 2025.
Dispute Resolution and ADR
- Internal complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact customer support using the contact details in these Terms. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and seek to resolve it promptly and fairly, in line with its internal complaints procedure. Full details of the complaints process are available on betelli.bet.
- Unresolved gambling disputes: If a gambling-related complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 8 weeks of the date you first submitted it, or if you receive a "deadlock" letter sooner, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the Operator's appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") provider for UK customers, which is currently the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).
- IBAS decisions: IBAS will review the dispute and issue a decision. In accordance with applicable rules in 2025, IBAS decisions are binding on the Operator up to a value of £10,000, but are not binding on you. You remain free to pursue other remedies, including through the courts.
Court Jurisdiction
- Courts: Subject to the ADR process described above, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. This means that you and the Operator may bring proceedings in those courts, but nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in any court of competent jurisdiction where you are entitled to do so under applicable consumer protection laws.
